Applications for the SRA Community Assistance Grant Program (CAP-GRANTS) will be reviewed for funding four times a year. Grants may be awarded in March, July, October and December. There is no set funding objective for each funding cycle. Projects may be reviewed in one cycle and approved for funding in another cycle. Applications will be kept on file for one year

How to apply:
Step 1
Login or create an account in the submission portal. https://manager.submittable.com/signin
Step 2
Complete the application. The application page includes detailed steps, drop-down menus, fillable forms and places to upload documents.
Step 3
Submit your application. You will receive an email confirming the submittal.
Tips for using the application portal:
- You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit to these forms. You can create a free account here.
- When creating an account, you will need access to the email used for the login credentials for verification purposes. Once the email is verified, you can proceed to the application.
- It is advised to create a general email address for the organization to utilize when creating a Submittable account and developing a submission. This will allow access to the submission by multiple members of the organization by sharing login credentials.
- You can only have one active draft per login. If you are developing submissions for multiple organizations, you will need to either: work on one submission at a time in Submittable, create multiple logins to work on multiple submissions at a time in Submittable, or work on multiple submissions externally via Word documents before submitting on Submittable.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
- Once you have submitted the application, you will be able to download a pdf copy of your information.
- Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
- We will follow up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
